1. Refund Policy

👉 Sorry, all payments are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed.

2. Rescheduling

📅 Want to change your session date or time? No problem!

Just click the reschedule button in the confirmation message we sent you.

📌 Please reschedule at least 4 hours before your original session.

✅ There's no limit — you may reschedule anytime as long as slots are still available.

3. Deposit & Late Arrival

💵 A full deposit is required to confirm your slot.

⏰ A 10-minute grace period is given if you arrive late.

❗ If you're more than 15 minutes late, part of your deposit will be deducted, and your session will be rescheduled.

📌 Late fee:

• RM15 (for Package A)
• RM40 (for Package B)

4. Reschedule Notice

📢 Please let us know at least 4 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

⛔ Failure to do so will result in a partial deduction from your deposit, based on the same late fee above.

5. Studio Slot Availability

We'll try our best to accommodate your preferred time, but all sessions are subject to availability 😊

6. Additional Charges

👫 Any extra charges — such as additional persons or printed photos — will only be finalized and paid in-studio on the day of your session.

7. Session Cancellation

🚫 Unfortunately, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

💡 But don't worry — you may still reschedule your session if you inform us 4 hours ahead.

8. Late Arrival

⏱️ We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.

🚫 If you're more than 15 minutes late:

• The session will be rescheduled
• Part of your deposit will be deducted (based on session type)

9. Equipment Responsibility

Any damage to equipment or property during the session will be the responsibility of the user.
